Ramen Ryoma
Ramen Ryoma create their own soup stock from boiling premium black pork bones, which is then used to make their Chashu (Pork Belly). In addition, they serve ramen with their hand-rolled noodles.

Joining us will be Sapporo Vice-Mayor Takatoshi Machida, Consul General Yuzo Yoshioka, and representatives from the Portland-Sapporo Sister City Association.
