Uwajimaya Employee T-Shirt
Design Contest

 

 

Show us your creativity and help us design our next employee t-shirt!

Submit a design you believe represents Uwajimaya and a shirt your colleagues would be proud to wear for a chance to win $250 cash.

A panel of judges will select their top designs and employees will vote for the winning design.

Deadline to enter is May 15, 2023.

Contest Dates:

  • Entry Period: April 4-May 15, 2023
  • Top Design Selection: May 19, 2023
  • Employee T-Shirt Voting: June 7-30, 2023
  • Winner Notification: July 3, 2023

 

Rules:

  • Must be a current Uwajimaya employee to enter.
  • One entry per employee.
  • Employee to submit a design for the BACK of the t-shirt only.
  • T-shirt will be printed in ONE COLOR only.
  • Design must be original and created by the employee submitting the artwork as the sole owner of the design. When you submit your artwork, you guarantee that you are the creator and holder of the design copyright.  Design must not contain branded logos (except Uwajimaya), trademarks, copyrighted materials or personal identification of others without the written consent of such owners.
  • The winning design may be modified or altered when necessary.
  • Employee acknowledges that the winning design will become the sole property of Uwajimaya.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum size should be 10″ wide x 11″ tall
  • 300 dpi minimum
  • EPS, PDF or Adobe Illustrator files preferred
  • Must incorporate Uwajimaya logo or name text (logo files can be found here)
  • Entries must be sent to [email protected]

 

Judging:

  • A panel of selected Uwajimaya executives and employees will select the top 3 designs that will be then voted on by the employees. One vote per employee.  Voting instructions will be sent via employee newsletter.

 

Prizes:

  • The employee of the winning design will receive $250 cash (or $250 Uwajimaya gift card if preferred).
