Ingredients
2 lb. Pork Spareribs, cut into 2 inch pieces – fry in 1 Tbsp. oil
Sauce
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 Clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Ginger Root
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Rice Wine
1 cup Water
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Cornstratch, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. Water
2 Green Onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds Toasted
Preparation
Heat wok and brown spareribs.
Drain excess oil.
Add sauce ingredients, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Add sesame oil and thicken with cornstrach.
Garnish with green onions and taosted sesame seeds.
