Ingredients
1 Head Lettuce
2 Green Onions
2 oz Saifun or Maifun Noodles
2 tsp. Sliced Roasted Almonds
2 tsp. White Sesame Seeds
2 Chicken Breasts
Dressing
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. MSG (optional)
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 cup Salad Oil
3 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
3 Drops Sesame Oil
Preparation
Boil chicken in one cup of water, then tear into small pieces and place in a heated frying pan until moisture is evaporated. Season with salt and pepper while chicken is hot. Remove chicken and chill in the refregerator. Shred lettuce and chop green onions. Deep fry noodles in oil. (oil should be hot but not smoking). Deep fry in small batches.
Gather all salad ingreditents and toss together. Top salad with sliced almonds and sesame seeds and serve.
