Ingredients
2 boiled eggs
1 tbsp Kewpie Mayo (Japanese mayonnaise)
1 tsp Japanese Karashi Hot mustard
1/2 lemon (freshly squeezed)
3 tbsp finely chopped pickles
1/4 onion (finely chopped)
Preparation
