Ingredients
1 (16 oz) Soft Tofu
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 cup Ground Pork
2 tsp. Hot Bean Paste (Chili Bean Sauce, Doubanjiang or Toban-djan)
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup Soup Stock
1 Green Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
Cornstrach and Water to thicken
Preparation
Cut tofu into 1/2″ cubes. Set aside. Heat wok, add oil, garlic and ground pork. Stir fry pork on high heat until done (2 minutes). Add hot bean paste, soy sauce, salt, soup stock and tofu. Cover and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cook gently for 2 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture to desired thickness. Add green onion and sesame oil. Mix gently to combine all ingredients. Serve over rice.
