Steamed Chicken
Ingredients
1 Fryer Chicken
Ginger sliced
Pinch Salt
Sauces
A) 3 to 4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Chopped Red Pepper, to taste
3 Radishes, finely chopped
2 to 3 Green Onions, finely chopped
Optional: Add 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar, Ginger and Garlic
B) Mixture of finnely chopped Garlic, Ginger, Green Onion, Salt and Oil
C) Chinese Mustard, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Seeds
Preparation
Boil fryer for 10 to 15 minutes with slices of ginger and salt in a large pot with enough water to cover the chicken. Turn off heat, cover and let set for 20 minutes on the burner. Remove chicken from pot, drain until cool. Chop into smaller pieces and arrange on a platter. Serve with sauce A, B, and/or C.
